A beautiful detached main floor open concept conversion. The kitchen was relocated to the dining room which included the removal of three structural walls and the addition of three structural beams. The staircase to the basement was opened up, a new custom front door and 9ft patio door were installed. This project included new hardwood floors and custom paint throughout.
