We hired Bradshaw Builds team to do a main floor renovation which included removal of all interior walls to give us an open concept floor plan. He built us beautiful custom kitchen, enlarging the whole space that looked so small with walls. It took his team 3 months to give us our dream home. It was definitely worth the wait. Bradshaw builds was recommended to us by our realestate agent to do our unfinished basement. They did everything from installing larger windows, full bathroom, framing, drywalling, floors. The crew was very friendly and professional. Anything that we asked they did. We picked out the floors, tile, paint and everything and they put it together beautifuly. The bathroom is gorgeous with a beautiful glass shower stall. They did an excellent job and we love our newly finished basement. It did take a little longer than originally quoted, but worth the wait.

Brad and his crew were referred to us through a close friend of ours after we had a previous contractor walk out on us with unfinished work at the start of the pandemic. As you can imagine, we were stressed and worried about finding another contractor that we could trust and would finish the job. However after meeting Brad, he put us at ease with his genuine personality. He was approachable, professional, great at communicating with us and always kept us in the loop.We needed to add a bathroom and laundry room to our recently renovated basement apartment. He assessed the space and we discussed different ideas. His crew came in and demo'd the pre-existing structure and added plumbing and electrical. They also identified some short cuts/mistakes done by our previous contractor and took the time to fix them.This reno was done during a challenging time with the pandemic and rolling lockdowns, but Brad and his crew were consistent with communication and determined to build us what we envisioned, all while following covid safety protocols.We are more than happy with our new bathroom and laundry room. It's everything we wanted and more. What we appreciate most about Brad is his positive attitude and that he loves what he does. We used Brad and his team to do a complete 1400 sq ft unfinished basement from start to finish. We could not have been happier with the outcome. We found Bradshaw Builds through a local Facebook group and so glad we did. Everything was looked after and on schedule. We hired Bradshaw Builds to renovate our bathroom. After our first meeting with Brad we new we would be in good hands! He set realistic timelines and explained every step prior to starting- he didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear in order to get the job.
